Blue is for my eyes

Reflecting dreams of victory

Red is for the blood

Shed that first time

Yellow is for the fear

That kept me from telling

White is for the sanity

Slowly slipping away

Pink is for the heart

Broken open more each day

Green is for the bruises

Worn like badges of honor

Yellow, Red, White

Coward, Rage, Blank

Bringing me closer

To the brink

Red, Blue, Yellow

Blood, Tears, Pain

Bringing me closer

To my dreams

The medal is around my neck

I love the applause

The Trophy is on my shelf

I desired that most of all

These proofs of worth

I paid for with my body
