Arise
my heart is full of swords
left on the bed to bleed out
bullied by those I thought were friends
betrayed by lovers I barely knew
my empty arms reach for security
I strive to keep my head above water
determined to be flexible, adaptable
welcome to new growth
I give myself ample grace
gain stable, grounded energy
surround myself with yellow glow
let the healing begin
Burning Truth
The complex structure of my body sends life affirming messages through my chakras to the greater wisdom of the universe. Ringing begins to course into my deep awareness growing in intensity until it reaches my spirit tucked inside the portal. Message received! My eyes open wide as my own water currents bubble and flow bringing to life what had been hidden. Gentle tugging beneath my skin and peacock feathers burst forth. Bright teal and blue and green surrounds the bubble I created. What comes next is burned into the light. I am here.
